An entry for the D&AD New Blood awards 2019. In collaboration with Elijah De Luna and Heidi Tran, we set out to remove the stigma of menstrual cycle within the workplace and create a global movement for women to demand menstrual policies be put in place. As women are sometimes unable to bare their symptoms they require time to recover, although 'sick day' pay is available for women, 'menstrual leave' is a more appropriate leave that women should be entitled to at least once a month.
